How can I place an order?

You need to create an account for placing orders on our website by filling all the necessary information including full address, City, Country/Region, Zip Code, phone number, full name, email address etc. to deliver your order.

If I want to cancel or change my order?

If customer wants to cancel or change order, please contact us, iMOBO will check and approve depends on the situations. No cancellations or changes could be made after order dispatch.
Please note iMOBO is not responsible for PayPal currency exchange loss for refunding the cancelled order. iMOBO is also unable to refund the price difference for changing to cheaper item.

Shipping and delivery

What are your shipping charges?

If each order with amount is under USD60, there is USD5 extra shipping charge. If over USD60, will be free shipping.

How long does it take to ship?

Order will be processed within 5 working days and normally need around 10-20 working days for delivering the products, tracking number will be provided by email. PLEASE NOTE iMOBO does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on Hong Kong public holidays.

Can iMOBO ship item to my region/country?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses. Please check with us cs@imobo.com.hk if you are not sure the region/country is available to ship or not.

Returns is only available the products bought from our website, products which buy from other seller sources such as Amazon, eBay etc. are not available for return.
